Validation Skill Building Block 1: Centering
Welcome to the first (and most important) Skill Building block.
Centering is a skill that you can use throughout your life to clear your thoughts and feelings. You can’t validate if you are full of your own emotions. By putting your thoughts and feelings aside for a few minutes, you can be open to another human being.
Each section of this training can be completed at your own tempo. You don’t need to do them all at once. And you can repeat sections if you want to.
