We are delighted to announce the Validation Training Institute’s fall fundraising campaign!
The Validation Training Institute (VTI) was founded in 1982 by Naomi Feil, who developed the Validation method in the 1970’s. We have made much progress since that time:
- Over 88,000 people have experienced Validation workshops;
- Over 6,000 people are certified Validation Workers;
- There are 400 certified Validation Teachers;
- There are 14 Validation Master Teachers;
- There are 22 training centers in 13 countries offering quality controlled programs for professionals, para-professionals and lay-people.
All this was accomplished with NO fundraising efforts – just Naomi Feil, the Authorized Validation Organizations and the certified Validation Teachers contributing their time, creativity and energy into something they believe in.
In 2014, VTI created a 5-year strategic plan to grow and develop into a more professional organization. Vicki de Klerk-Rubin, Naomi Feil’s daughter, took on the position of Executive Director, and the focus became development of VTI’s Board, creation of new curricula that integrate modern teaching methods and recruitment of staff.
By 2015, we offered our 3rd internet-supported course and ran a crowd funding effort to raise money to hire a professional grant writer for 2 years (knowing that developing relationships with foundations takes time.) We raised over $50,000 and began the work. We became ‘grant ready’ and started sending out grant proposals this past summer.
This year, we are excited to announce our #WeValidate fundraising campaign. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to hire a full-time development professional. We appreciate each donation and so we have rewards for each level of contribution made. You can make your donation here.
Our momentum is growing! Growth as a professional organization is moving steadily forward. Join our campaign today and help VTI spread our message of meaningful communication and connection across the globe!
