VTI and its Authorized Validation Organizations (AVOs) offer a variety of training possibilities to suit your personal needs regarding time, budget and depth of training. We take you from where you are and take you to the next level. Any or no pre-training is equally welcome.

Our Mission

Our mission is to nurture respect, dignity and well-being in the lives of older adults living with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias (ADRD) and their caregivers by advancing education in the Validation method.

VTI’s vision for the future is that every caregiver and older adult experiencing age-related, cognitive decline will feel the joy and love of meaningful communication.

VTI has a network of 8,214 Validation certified workers, 860 group leaders, 449 teachers and 17 master teachers, around the globe. There are 24 Authorized Validation Organizations (AVOs) in 14 countries across Europe, Asia and North America.
