In 2020, NCCAP (National Certification Council of Activity Professionals) and VTI co-developed a unique, specialized curriculum for Activity Professionals that teaches participants to integrate the Validation Attitude into their resident activities. This training has successfully trained dozens of activity professionals and memory care staff during the 11 week course that includes interactive webinars, online videos, and exercises to anchor the learning.
