  • i understand about facial expressons with older people if they look happy upset, worried also about using my voice appropriately speaking calmly and clear.

  • i think matching the person tone of voice and body language i think is great, specially if they are upset.

  • I am more aware of what l say and how l respond to disoriented client and remember to use friendly tone whilst maintaining good eye contact
