Today will be my last session because of personal reason, I will have someone else come in and meet with you. After our session today, we will no longer be meeting, I have enjoyed working with you, I will provide resources for you to continue having conversations.
I am so happy to have been able to talk with you . Thank you for allowing me to share this time with you .This will be our last session together and I just wanted to let you know that there will be
other staff members that will come in and speak with you when
needed.
