Meet your Validation teacher


Craig Rukande, has been a Certified Validation Teacher since 2019 and has taught Validation Worker courses, online as well as in classroom sittings, he has served as an State Tested Nursing Assistant, Executive Director, Sr. Resident Care Coordinator of Memory Care, John Maxwell Team Life Coach & Mentor and Operations Specialist. Craig is currently Regional Director of Memory Care and Engagement. He lives in Westlake, Ohio with his wife and three children and enjoys watching
movies, traveling, family vacations, exercising, reading and drawing.
