I used one of the validation methods is one of the residents. where I asked what they would do, if they were home, because they don’t want to be here, and the answer was, doing the same that we where doing at the moment, which was talking. What do I say after that .

What can you do when none of the validation techniques work on the resident?

Very informative. Its clear that you need to have the empathy and time to be able to reach those in the resolution stage of life. Its good to have the knowledge of the techniques one can use to reach those withdrawn in phase four.
