A trigger in my life is when someone raises their voice, it makes me physically ill and start to panic.

No, it did not work for me. I learned that sometimes it is hard to stimulate peoples minds. It did not work for me because I was unable to let my mind relax because I do not like the ocean. The fact that I don’t like the beach got in my way.

A trigger for me is clowns. I go back to a time that I was lost at a circus and was left at the clown tent with 15 clowns. I remember the fear of not finding my mom. To this day clowns are NOT my favorite and my children have never been to a Circus.

Video 4 She knew that a ring represents marriage and remembers having a husband at home.

with Gladys the sense of touch and security allows her to express emotion and by entering into her world as Naomi does in the video allows her reality to become motivated.
with chris and the early onset you can see the phases unfolding before her husbands eyes.

one trigger in my life is the smell of stuffed cabbage or pigs in the blanket as my grandmom called it. and it makes me think og the time i was a kid and i didnt like it and i wasnt allowed to get up from the table until i ate all of it and it made me sick. still to this day i havent eaten it.

yes it worked for me , took time to feel , and hear the waves, i learned you could take the time and enter into someother reality and make it yours.
My trigger would be loud noises or being yelled at. Reminds me of being abused as a child by my mother.
